After registration of the rights issue  with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the total number of shares in the Company amounts to 20,258,382, and the share capital amounts to SEK 2,025,838.20.

Summary of the terms for the subscription warrants

Each series TO 2 B subscription warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one B share, at a subscription price calculated as 75 percent of the volume-weighted average price during the period 12 October 2020 up to and including 23 October 2020, but not less than SEK 4.20 or more than SEK 6.60. Subscription for B shares in the Company with series TO 2 B subscription warrants will be possible during the period between 4 December 2020 and 16 December 2020 inclusive. On full exercise of all Series TO 2 B subscription warrants issued in the rights issue, the Company's share capital will increase by at most SEK 245,556.00, through the issue of at most 2,455,560 B shares. The Company's share capital will then amount to SEK 2,271,394.20, distributed over 22,713,942 shares.
